Frequently asked questions

Is produce included in my membership?

Yes! Members at any tier receive a take home “Crop Box” each week that they can fill themselves.  


Can I participate in farm activities?

Absolutely! Depending on the season, members will have the opportunity to assist our Head Farmer and Internship Team with a variety of tasks including, planting, harvesting, and animal husbandry.  



What time do I check in? What time do I check out?


Cabin check-out times are 10:00am; check-in time is 1:00pm.


If I’m a member, can I have guests?

Guests are welcomed to tour and visit the property for up to one hour, but if they want to spend the day there they must connect with our Community Manage and purchase a Day Pass.



How far are you located from the city?



From the highway, Ground Up is conveniently located just 35 minutes north from the city.



Can I bring my pets?



While we love all furry four-legged friends, we do not currently have the infrastructure to accommodate them. However, we are working on it for the future.



Can I take calls walking around the grounds?



Yes, although we strongly encourage our members to save calls for the designated coworking spaces and take advantage of the surrounding tranquil grounds.
